Reducer is constant torque design . General models of different sizes , or the same as the power delivered by the transmission ratio is different . If the required power must , with the lowest speed to select the machine model, the torque is constant, at maximum speed to select the printer model.

1 ) From Motivation: uniform rotation of the material mixer.

2 ) Working Hours : Daily 24 hours of continuous operation .

3 ) Input shaft speed : 1000r/min

4 ) Low-speed shaft speed : 90r/min

5 ) Output shaft connection: coupling

Selection :

1 ) condition coefficient : Take 1.2

2 ) Transmission ratio : select = 11

3 ) Power selection : Since reducer in operation exposed only to material agitation , so little effect . Just choose the smaller reducer power on the line . I chose 0.18kw reducer .

I chose cycloid specific parameters are:

Model : XLD Y 0.18-8085-11

Motor : Y series motor 1000r/min

Transmission ratio: 11

Output speed : 91 r / min

Motor power : 90kw.

3.4 Other parts selection

My gears, pulleys in the transmission process of the force is not large.
